Annotation This diploma thesis, The needs of primary schools teachers at different stages of their carrers covers the topic of human needs of teachers at a specific primary school in Prague. The motivation for the diploma thesis came not only from working in the primary school where I have met teachers already for many years and I have perceived their various life situations and changes, but also the study of the hermeneutic course within my study of Community Crisis and Pastoral Work - social welfare work. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the concept of a human need, more concretely specifies higher human needs following Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The needs of meaning according to Viktor Frankl are defined and also spiritual needs, which are introduced in the view of different authors. The main object of this thesis was to understand teachers' needs at the primary school in different stages of life and in their career in teaching and to compare how the needs differ in various life situations. The life situation of an individual in insolvency proceedings

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the topic: Life situation of an indebted or over-indebted individual. This final work contains an explanation of the concept of life situation and social functioning followed by a description of difficult life situations. In the introductory chapter there is an overview of debt problems which describes basic concepts such as indebtedness and over-indebtedness, causes of indebtedness, person of the debtor and loan market. Following chapters describe consequences of debts or over-indebtedness and how to help these particular person. Part of this bachelor´s thesis contains also qualitative research was led in a counselling service agency - providing social professional counselling with focus on debt counselling. Based on the detailed analysis and interview with a counsellor, my research has identified effect for such debts or over-indebtedness´s and subsequent solution of bankruptcy in the life situation of an individual. According to the result it can be briefly concluded that indebtedness and over-indebtedness have an adverse impact on the living situation of an individual from economic, social, psychological and health point od view. On the opposite site bankruptcy solution helps to improve life situation of an individual because debt relief brings various benefits.
Psychological context of the Covid-19 pandemic: the view of younger adults

The Bachelor's thesis aspires to reveal the outlook of young adults on COVID pandemic and how they deal with the unprecedented life style changes it has caused. Theoretical part will describe the characteristics of young adults and their life style. Furthermore the effect of stress and difficult situations on young adults will be revealed as well as their coping mechanisms. Empirical part will present the information gathered through qualitative research. Data collected via Jupsycor screening will expose each participant's experience with pandemic and it's toll on their life.
The using of developmental bibliotherapy in stressful situations of preschool and primary school age children

The diploma thesis covers about the use of developmental bibliotherapy in stressful situations of preschool and primary school age children. In first chapter thesis defined bibliotherapy, especially developmental bibliotherapy. In second chapter thesis directed characteristics of preschool and primary school age children, characterizes the most common stressful situations, with which children of this age can meet - divorce of their parents, illnesses and quarantine, bereavement or toleration of difference. The goal of this diploma thesis is making the stories and accompany them with proposals of bibliotherapy activities for working in stressfull situations of preschool and primary school age children.
Child hero in a complicated life situation - didactical application

The purpose of this thesis is to outline different ways of utilising our two chosen literary works for kids and teenagers in czech language and literature classes taking place during later years of primary education. Each of the works presents a child hero in a difficult life situation caused mainly by a bully, where the hero eventually overcomes the situation but expends all his energy in the process. The thesis consists of two units - theoretical and practical. The theoretical unit sums up expert findings on difficult life situations in general and applies them during analysis of our heroes and bullies. The practical unit has been divided into two parts, each covering one of the chosen works. First, we analyse the work's didactic potential, then suggest its utilisation in class and finally reflect on our practical demonstrations. We have also included an additional chapter to the practical unit, describing further ways of utilising one of the works in classes, not only czech language and literature but others as well. Output of this thesis is formed by two commented worksheets and an efficiency evaluation of our suggested class preparations, based on the actual demonstrations. Burnout syndrome of kindergarten teachers

RESUME This diploma is dedicated to stress and burnout syndrom. Objective of this diploma is to find out what is the rate of mental strain concerning burnout syndrom and to map occurence of burnout syndrom for kindergarten teachers. We were interested how burnout syndrom is impacted by professional experience, number of children, place of work, team satisfaction and level of personal satisfaction according to age of teacher. It is focused to teacher's career and to specific stress categories. I have used Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire which is standardized for measurement of burnout syndrom and questionnaire dedicated to find out sensitivity against stress. I have used own questionnaire to find out demographic figures. Final result indicates most of teachers are resistant against stress. Burnout syndrom across all three areas was indicated only for one respondent from total number of 100 asked teachers. For 8 teachers burnout syndrom was confirmed in two areas.
THE INFLUENCE OF MUSIC ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR PEOPLE IN EXTREME LIFE SITUATIONS

The diploma thesis explores the influence of music on the personal development of people in marginal and extreme life situations. In the theoretical part it presents music in its history, its great influence on human personality development and obviously ways to cope with demanding and difficult life situations. The diploma thesis tries to document the life stories of people, who find themselves in extremely limited life situations and these people solved their situation through music and musical self education. The diploma thesis examines, investigates and assesses and evaluates it from position of music educator and examines how music influenced the quality of their lives during health disorders and distabilities and social exclusion. Voted and selected qualitative research strategy helping by using a structured interview technique with three respondents was to obtain and get relevant replies and answers to research questions how they experienced the difficult life situations with the help of music, next, how they have dealt with extreme life situations, and, last time, how the experience of their difficult life situations has been assessed by the educator. The diploma thesis confirmed the assumption that music as an art and instrument of music therapy can be used regularly in direct social work with those people, which they find themselves in difficult life situations as a means of improving their lives.

Bachelor thesis Difficult life situations and coping with them within the medical profession at the Department of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive care is divided into two main chapters. First chapter puts theoretical basis of the thesis and consists of four main parts. First one defines difficult life situation as: frustration, deprivation, stress and conflict. Next part focuses on coping with these situations and as well provides principles for restoration of inner serenity. Third part deals with emotions, which are undoubtedly connected to our experiences, perceptions and expression of our experiences. Second chapter of the thesis explains empirical methods together with methodological elaboration of questionnaire survey and with following processing of results
